So I did this workout today in my Gold’s Gym Cardio Chisel class and loved it! It takes about 45 minutes to complete and you don’t stop other than for water. I would recommend doing a warmup before and stretching after, which makes it an hour long.
Go through this routine 10 times, which totals 100 of everything.
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Toe Touch with Ball (lay on mat with ball in hand)
- 10 Triceps Dips
- 10 Tuck Jumps (Slap legs)
- 10 Plank Jacks
- 10 Split Lunges (Lunge Jumps)
- 10 Leg Drops (Lay flat on back, raise legs 90 degrees and drop)
- 10 Plank Jumps (plank, legs jump in)
