10×10 Workout

So I did this workout today in my Gold’s Gym Cardio Chisel class and loved it! It takes about 45 minutes to complete and you don’t stop other than for water. I would recommend doing a warmup before and stretching after, which makes it an hour long.

Go through this routine 10 times, which totals 100 of everything. 

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Toe Touch with Ball (lay on mat with ball in hand)
  • 10 Triceps Dips
  • 10 Tuck Jumps (Slap legs)
  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Split Lunges (Lunge Jumps)
  • 10 Leg Drops (Lay flat on back, raise legs 90 degrees and drop)
  • 10 Plank Jumps (plank, legs jump in)
